With an extensive background in strength and conditioning , Richard has worked with athletes and everyday movers, later expanding into academia—teaching biomechanics, physical assessment, and program design at the University of Toronto while conducting research in their biomechanics lab. His deep-rooted focus on movement made the transition to massage therapy a natural step, and since 2022, He has applied his expertise to rehabilitation, recovery, injury prevention, and longevity. He has also worked with clinics to organize and host workshops, training sessions, and seminars on manual therapy techniques, posture assessment, and movement evaluation.

Richard’s client-centered approach blends evidence-based techniques with personalized movement assessments tailored to sport- and life-specific needs. Specializing in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, he integrates active techniques such as fascial stretch therapy, active release therapy, and cupping to enhance treatment outcomes. Each session is refined through thorough assessments, ensuring targeted care while educating clients on the rationale behind their treatment.
